I meant it as a general rule of thumb for any idol from around the world. Tbh though I have to see that it follows all that criteria for me to let it slide. Otherwise I would default to guilty, grounds for staying the F away in the future.

If we take BTS in example, I stan them for their music ( of course ) but also because of their values, their love for ARMY, their support for each others...

If I were to learn for example that they actually don't write/produce any of their music and just pretend to, I would stop stanning. I would still listen to their songs from time to time, but the experience would have been soured
