Have you watched Kill la Kill, Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, Rosario to Vampire, Sankarea, and Prison School?
I like Ikkitousen and High School of the Dead for my ecchi. They aren't super great quality, but fun ecchi time. Ikkitousen has more than 1 season, but it's just 12 episodes each, so it should be long enough. If you want more over the top ecchi, I guess Queen's Blade and Bikini Warriors. These are not even trying to have story. It's super dumb fun.
Love Hina is a classic. Dunno if it aged well thou.

- Jujutsu Kaisen currently has 1 season with 24 episodes. Highly recommend you watch it!
- Kill La Kill has 1 season with 25 episodes.
- God of high school currently has 1 season with 13 episodes.

For non-h, Jujutsu Kaisen for sure is the latest sensation probably the most streamlined anime currently
For h, most of them has trash story, not a big fan of this genre at all. But ishuzoku reviewers is a good ecchi with interesting story.
