Do you think girl groups get mistreated / exploited by companies more than boy groups?

    1. YES - as in life generally females get a rougher ride (11) 92%
    2. NO - boy groups get shafted as regularly (1) 8%

    Looking at things historically I was watching this show Miss Back about giving former members of groups a new shot and it was shocking how a group like Stella earned less than $10k in seven years, Nada of Wa$$up said they had to take their company to court to get information on earnings as they were constantly told they could not be paid due to low income and costs. Even Crayon Pop said they didn't earn much from their success.


    Recently with the GFriend disbandment, Elkie and CUBE it seems this pattern is still ongoing. What do you guys think do GG's have a tougher time when it comes to company mistreatment or is it the same for everyone.

    WHY YOU SHOULDN'T HATE ON IDOLS

    1. They are young people trying their best in a competitive industry.

    2. You don't know what other pressures they are under, company mistreatment, diet, lack of success, not earning, long hard hours, family problems etc.

    3. They have worked for years towards a dream to entertain us and offer it up pretty much free if you factor in streaming, Youtube MVs, reality shows.

    4. We all know what can happen in extreme cases, mental health problems and even suicide (Sulli)


    I'm sure there is a lot of mistreatment/exploitation for both genders...and a lot more that we don't hear about because of NDAs/contract clauses or other things...
