if you haven't heard of them, make sure to check out Primus, the greatest bass driven band of all time. A bit of an acquired taste for some though lol.

don't worry I aint exactly young either..., I generally assume people on pop forums haven't heard any music pre 2000's lol. RHCP also great. I'm also a big fan of prog bands like Dream Theater and King Crimson, or Rush, all with great bass players :)

Dreamcatcher concert was insane too. They had no backtrack just live band.

I just love music! And... am a bass player, myself. I'm one of those people who lived being told they "were too young" just by how they looked. That's why I don't ever state my age. I'm, also, a bass player. I love music... I love taking my kids to shows... I love that I was old enough to be a part of those shows. I just treat everyone the a human being... and, yeah I'm a walking music encyclopedia. But I don't judge on age. XOXO PS: Geddy Lee is the Elf Lord and Alex is a GOD with guitar!

wait, I just saw this post lol. awesome. I've been big into female rock bands lately. Especially in Japan they are going nuts with great bands like Band Maid and Aldious.

Being a bass player, myself, on top of strong women needed to be seen... YES! Female bands playing their own instruments need so much more recognition!!!
