K-Pop performers obviously hate the job. Almost all of them disband as soon as their contracts allow them to. Companies can continue to abuse and overwork the performers because there is always a steady stream of newcomers eager to take their places. When you look at how many pretty good groups have simply disbanded and disappeared over the last few years, there is clearly a cultural problem in the industry.
