This is a lot more distressing than I thought it would be. The girls seemed to be happy going forward. Seems like they had so much more they could do. Just so surprising.

I still have a shred of hope they might just be moving companies but this still hurts even without me really being a stan so I feel extra sorry to all you sweet Buddies

Same af. I didn’t expect to feel this disheartened by this news since I don’t stan gfriend, but i guess they’ve sneaked up on me and i have a soft spot for them now without realising it

I'm really interested to know what each girl is going to do. For sure they're all set up nicely financially. But creatively, it'll be interesting to see what projects that have. So sad but I wish them all well.

Probably significantly more than 7 Years for some of them, that is just since Debut

I am surprised as many groups sign back up as they do, there would need to be a significant amount of money on the table imo

Like Twice will probably all resign even if they hate each others Guts, the money is just too good for them to really say no, I say Milk that cash Cow for all it's worth set your Grandkids up for Life

im so shocked. i really thought they would sign up at least another 2 year contract. just sad that fans wont see them have a goodbye concert or something

Honestly this just gives a big reality check that even if things seem fine career wise and members look happy together, that doesn't mean they'd want to continue with the idol life. You can never know, Gfriend's disbandment is more surprising bcoz no one expected it.

I think this was somewhat expected. Many people were already talking about how Yuju wasn't showing much interest in the group or idol life anymore. It seemed as if she was more distant. They also attributed her missed time promoting because of some dissatisfaction.
