Short answer: No, Anastasia is not a Disney movie
Long answer: Sort of. Anastasia was created and released by 20th Century Fox as the direct competitor of Disney releasing The Little Mermaid. It sparked a short little feud between the two companies too. However, I guess Disney got the last laugh since Disney now owns Fox. So does that currently make Anastasia a Disney movie? Sort of.
