That's why I'm a casual smoker. All the money spent on cigs terrifies me. lol

You should try quitting little by little.

I stopped smoking cigarettes and went onto the vape instead, it’s proven to be a lot safer and I’m slowly starting to use it less and less

sniff the part of your fingers where you hold the cigarette

at least that's what stopped me from becoming a smoker even though I did smoke a few packs in the past

hard to wash off the smell as well, i remember washing my hands with soap a few times but the smell just wouldn't come off

I've quit twice. Started again though. Really need to quit again

My grandma never smoked a day in her life and died of lung cancer. My uncle who smokes 2 packs a day is in perfect health so the threat of anything like that really isn't there for me lol.

It is still good to quit though. For your own wellbeing

I quit while on vacation. It was a lot of fun to get away from the thought of smoking, and I had no addiction when I returned. It was easy.
