Stopped long ago. If you want advice, I dont have one. Because 'me' and 'addicted' dont belong in the same sentence. I can start smoking again, and I can stop at the snap of my finger. Its that easy.
Its just you that can save yourself. Self control. Stress? Do something else, listen to some music, work out, try something else other than smoking.

Thank you, I have struggled and traded my addiction habit to so many things... It's tiresome.
