    1. [+454] Their live singing is great but their songs are really good too. The success of an idol is dependent on a good song. I think a lot of people are into STAYC lately because they have that 2010-2015 idol song feel that a lot of the current groups don't have because they're chasing the international market with their dance songs.

    Their vocals aren’t really that good but the bar is low in K-pop.


    I’m just happy Sieun is doing well in another group. She deserves the best and if she re-starts her acting career it’s game over.

    actually their vocals are good, and they revealed that they didn't stop vocal lessons even during ASAP promotions... so it clearly shows how hard they are working to be better, and better


    as for Sieun's acting I think now is not the time, one more comeback and then she could do it

    I don't understand the dichotomy international market vs domestic market. How is STAYC going specifically after the Korean market first and not the other groups? What's the difference? How was SO BAD that different from other songs?

    ASAP I get it, it's a little bit cuter, it gives old TWICE vibes and whatnot... Even though concept wise it's not so different from lots of nugu groups.

    I read a lot of random stayc articles there and that one also and here’s what some of them think

    They are not riding the BlackPink wave

    Their sound remind them of 2nd gen and early 3rd gen (times when Koran fanbase and gp were priority)

    They are all korean ( honestly I think this is the main reason lol)

    Company extremely attentive to kfanbase and they think this is rare nowadays

    They show no interest in the Japanese and Chinese ( I’m pretty sure they’ll do soon since a portion of their physical sales come from China)
