There were more than 100 applicants but those 84 girls are girls that can access the second round.
The other girls have been eliminated and do not have their pictures showed.
If they were 120+ in the beginning, it's a very extremely slim possibility that no one from number 85 onward were chosen. 85 - 120 = 35 persons.

Vietnamese people commented that Phạm Thị Vĩnh Thanh looks like the Japanese singer Izurina.
Izurina was a member of the Japanese Idol girl band AKB48 from 2010 to 2017 then became a member of the Thai Idol girl band BNK48 in 2017 then became a member of the Thai Idol girl band CGM48 in 2019.
Izurina is a member of CGM48 and also the general manager of CGM48 since 2019.

Those are the current results not the definitive final ones. They didn't say how many girls will make it to the group.
