Will Blackpink release the highest selling kpop GG album yet again?

Given the group's popularity, they should.

The real question is will they break the record? My prediction is no.

Tbh I hope so, i want them to break 3M with this album, but I have no idea how much the pre orders are or if the solo bars will contribute this time...

Hope, but doubt. Same goes for BTS, too. The momentum isn't there like there was a few years ago to achieve all-out record-busting sales.

It's not that hard for BP to have highest GG album this year.

IVE and aespa now ares around 1-1.4M. BP can easily surpass this considering their best selling member sold 800K last year.

BTS is a given. There are already 4M preorders for the next album. No other BG sold more than 3.5M since 2024.

But will they break the records? It is a different story.

Didn't say this year, as they would. As the title says, "Will Blackpink release the highest-selling K-pop GG album yet again?". That, I doubt, but they will definitely outsell all other GGs this year 🙂‍↕️

It shouldn't, but it probably will considering many believe that this will be their final release as a group.

with mini album, no chance. Probably around 1.5m. Ktown4u pre-orders don't looking good.

On one hand it is the biggest GG; it should be the biggest album ever but on the other hand sales are down. We're not getting 2023 numbers.

Also there is an air of pessimism in the fandom which is the exact opposite of the BTS fandom. My guess is they will out perform all other GG groups this year but maybe not break records. Though I hope they do.
