I think it could be a situation where they record some parts where she's blonde and others with another colour, or maybe during promotion they'll change her hair colour. Personally I'm fine with blonde winter as it really fits her well and not every member usually dyes their hair for a comeback anyways

Yeah dyeing hair is really damaging sometimes and some people also just have sensitive scalps to dyes or chemicals

I don't see the need to keep dyeing with every comeback, it's probably why most comebacks take a while, so the idols can leave their hair alone and recover
