To put it mildly, 90% of all companies have done some shitty stuff against idols and fraud included. I mean why? Is it very easy to start up a agency and there is no screening of what kind of person that is supposed to focus on making music and recruiting talents to make their dreams come true, but instead of exploiting idols and the market for their selfish reason?

Why are there so many bad ceo's and staff in Kpop companies?

The nicer CEOs and staffs dont make it to the news because they are doing what is "expected" of them and there is no drama.
The idol industry is just more prone to toxicity because of their demand of perfection and beauty and also the pressure that comes with it. Meaning people who can get to a higher level most of the time didnt reach that level by being a nice person.
Compare that to another industry like IT, like who tf cares if u are overweight, or is not good looking, or go on dates with the opposite gender. They mostly only care if are good at what you do, there are much less grounds for toxicity in this case

Because humans are shit.

Shitty people are unfortunately drawn to the entertainment industry like moths to the flame, and the worst ones always end up in positions of power.
-
-
Because the good ones have better things to do at actual companies that provide real services

Greediness about money at the end of the day for the CEOs.
For the staff being bad, I don't know. They just want to be that way because they don't care??

To achieve massive success, you generally have to be sociopathic. You have to be ok with using people, exploiting them, using deception and manipulation to get what you want, then tossing them away when you're done with them. You have to have little to no conscience, making ruthless business decisions that end up hurting a lot of other people. You have to lie every time you open your mouth, you can never be 100 percent honest. Blackmail, coercion, bribery, every tool in the book is used to become the leader of a billion dollar enterprise.
I likened CEOs to mafia dons in the past and think the analogy is perfectly stated.
Think of the untold thousands of trainees that wanna be the next Blackpink, BTS, Twice. Think of the odds being stacked against you, we're talking 10,000 to 1 or worse.
Now remember that being the CEO of a successful corporation or label is an order of magnitude even MORE difficult. While the top 10 GGs and top 10BGs have about 100-150 idols among them, there is only ONE CEO of YG, of JYP, of Hybe, of SM.
