Hello, just came here, saw that post and happy i am not alone with that, nice to join you! Yeah, after days of 30–35°C, I totally get that boiling feeling—I was the same this week! Luckily, we’ve got a nice cool-down coming too, with some rain and milder temps ahead. I’ve been surviving with lots of cold water, fans on full blast, and avoiding going out midday.

Opposite to the usual hot temperatures. First half of this Summer is cool. El Nino Pacific Ocean currents shifted Weather Zones . We're North of our usual Weather Zone. Not getting hit straight on by High and Low Pressure systems.
When it does get hot, time for turning on a Fan. Spray of water and Fan when its sweltering hot.
At night cool the place down bringing outside air indoors using Fans. Close up during the Day. Stays cool until late afternoon.
