I don't think they've made it so obvious that they don't ever want to reunite -- unless I've missed something -- it's more so that they'd rather be doing other things, like acting. I haven't seen any reason to believe it's a situation where they'd have to be dragged back to the group kicking & screaming, but they also can't be bothered to make the time for it.

That time just seems to be over for them and they don't do anything to stoke hopes of a reunion, unlike most "hiatus" groups

That's meeting up on camera. You could say "It was just a wedding," but they didn't need to take photos as a group, yet they did. Of course they haven't had any official meetings, they haven't done anything offical as Girl's Day since leaving their agency.
