Coming from someone who only speaks English, you don't need to be so hard on yourself! I would personally consider you fluent, but even if you were intermediate or something, I would want you to be proud of yourself. Language learning is so hard! And you've achieved the ability to speak (at least) two!

Well... I used the words "folk" and "astounding" to sound fancier LOL
I don't even know if I used the word "astounding" in the right context.
But it is indeed my third language, and "folk" does also mean "people" in Danish and my native language (but in my native language, it is spelled with an ó instead)
