I can't blame her. BP members were always meant for the Western market anyway, and not for Korea. Also, 99% of the Idol soloists hardly earn anything, except IU and GD! Unless you have a full membership in KOMCA, (yes I know KOMCA and KMCA is different) you won't earn much, even if you're a BP member.

Tbf, the royalties are not that great in the US either, so she's only doing this because it's more convenient.
