I do wonder what agency or company is behind them, you would think reporters would know, if she has a working Visa, some company had to sign as the sponsor.

Not very clear that it was ADOR. Did they submit the docs with Hanni's signature? Did they prepare the docs last year itself, before the final break?

Anyway it is a mess.

ADOR is also on a sticky spot, if they don't act to get her extended, then their claim that they are still supporting NewJeans- flops, their failure to do so itself can be used to prove that they are not taking care of the group.

If it is under ADOR that the extension was given, then the complaints of doing so without Hanni's consent, therefore again forcing contractors against their will - problem again.

But if some other agency has been used to sponsor extension, that is yet another escalation.
