They never had 5 years to make a solo album, making an album takes time
they all left YGE around the same time and since then they've been teasing releasing songs, etc, but again, it takes time and:
Jisoo case: she was busy busy last year with her acting gigs and still took time to record a song, obviously she'll drop the song near the time her first drama airs, she is promoting her drama already, going in a lot of variety gigs, etc, so the time was obvious.
Jennie and Lisa will perform on Coachella, they also obviously would drop the album near the date bc it's a huge promotion for them, the invitation was some time last year and by common sense each decided to drop the album near Coachella with Lisa also having an appearance (big or not) in a series that is super praised and it'll air in March if I'm not mistake so the logic:
They didn't intentionally chose so near each other, they don't have the power to choose drama airing, Coachella, etc, but it was obvious they would release around the same time bc coincidentally their schedules were all for Feb/march/April.
In the end blinks are just happy tbh, finally I'll have a looot of songs to listen and watch real promotions!!

The members need to get their solo stuff out the way quite soon so they can focus on the Blackpink stuff then get tied up on a tour.
So this is probably their main window of opportunity.
I also like to think that, with them being so close together, theres a healthy friendly rivalry between them, not the "I hate you Jisoo and going to make you flop" mindset that some akgaes seem to think goes on.
