Enhypen just finished a 411 days, 42 stops tours (Korea, Asia and USA) called Fate World Tour.
It ended on Sep 1.
However, on Sep 2, Belieflab announced that a new arc of tours will commence, called Walk the Line.
It will have its first concert at the Goyang Stadium, a seldom used spot but first used as a concert venue by Seventeen recently. It usually stays empty, and was used as the venue to play futsal in ISAC.
Then it will go to a dome tour in Japan, at Saitama, Osaka and Fukuoka, with more dates to be announced later.
Some Engenes are upset that Belieflab is not giving Enhypen a break, running them virtually nonstop.
I think that is the new strategy for Hybe acts - once an act has gotten enough traction, nonstop concert tours here and there with hardly a time for break, and a very short domestic promotion to add more songs at the concerts.
It is somewhat like the old AKB concert system, where every day there was an AKB concert. To enable it the AKB organization added a gazillion permutations to the acts who would be performing on the particular day.
Since such system is not possible in Korea, companies just bring them around the world , nonstop.
It seems the injuries of Wonhee and Moka, plus the entire MHJ mess, gave Illit a break it is unlikely to get later. Given the way Belieflab operates, without the injuries and the MHJ mess, it would make Illit go around every city of Japan nonstop.
BoysNextDoor is not popular enough to have tours, but if it gets traction it will also be in nonstop tour circles.
It seems someone in Hybe finally learned arithmetic - it is better to run the idols as much as possible when the potential is at the highest, and not keep them for too long and by the time their contracts renew, just keep those who are willing to agree to the company's terms.
And looks like it will be the chief approach for Hybe acts (not shore about Pledis which has some independence) - run them through, wear them out and replace them when done with them, like the GFriend approach.
