Double or triple message? Like sending two or three texts in a row?
Yeah, I do. I do that with family and friends. I also would do that with someone that I'm interested in speaking to if I want to set up a date or something. It's not really something to be embarrassed about. The issue isn't double or triple texting but with texting over a long period of time. If you send a texts between a few days, it's not so bad since the other person may just be a bad texter, but doing so multiple times over a week should indicate that they are very bad at texting (if you already know them) or they no longer want to engage (if dating). Of course, some people should just have the courtesy to be upfront, but some people don't have the manners to just be clear about it, so you have to guess sometimes.
But yeah! Double or triple? A bit often, especially with people that I already know. If someone is ghosting you, it doesn't really matter if you double and triple without a reply. Accept it and move along.
