All members of MCND got sick from being overworked (and apparently their company cares less)

  • I love MCND and I love seeing artist booked and busy, but without breaks being sick is something bound to happen.

I wish there was more boundaries in place when it comes to promotion, I want MCND to be big to but their health should come first no matter what industry you are in or what you do to make money.

Well rested, breaks in between activities are something that can make up good promotions. I wish more companies would understand this, I don't want MCND's health to suffer

  • Well rested, breaks in between activities are something that can make up good promotions. I wish more companies would understand this

The best example for this would be Beat Interactive

    • Idols are not working too much and even have enough time inbetween work like having 2-3 hours off for going to lunch or taking the afternoon off if not doing anything importaint that day
    • Having enough weekends off or even so many days that they can drive to their family's home and spend 3 days with them before going back
    • Being payed a pocketmoney as trainees
    • Not having to pay any depts to the company
    • Imediatly getting a big load of cash as extra for just debuting
    • When living in a small apartment the artists got to have larger apartments after debuting
    • And in cases like forestella, even being able to date and marry without getting any bad backlash from their fans
    • The artists also decide most things on their own like what sidejobs for example they want to do (acting, TV show MC, ....) or what type of promotions they want to do (A.C.E for example loves busking almost more than apearing on payed music show apearances and this was also a thing they loved to do when they had been trainees)

    and so on.

Companies like that may exist other than just Beat, but it's rare to find them cause most KPop-companies work the same way in hopes to achive the same things as the big labels, which are often not good, because many ex. trainees or ex. idols often open up on social media how horrible it was for them when being under a smaller label
