Why people like so much instant soups?

Because its ready in an instant and tastes good enough

It tastes better than the fermented mutton soup that my family sometimes eats.

I kinda like solbærtoddy.

And typical Toro and Ret I Koppen soups.

I do also like "real" soups that are served in restaurants and stuff though.

But well... different strokes for different blokes.

Why? Would say its one meal convenience with a variety of soups to choice from.

Making your own favorite soups and freezing extra can add single meal convenience.

Like many have already said, if you're too lazy or don't have time to cook, it's the most convenient way of having it.
