drama album sold more than 1,3 million copies now (1,1 million confirmed for pre order). SM album distribution is so different now.

This is not surprising anymore as they already went down in sales during drama. Their massive sales came from their chinese fans. The sales restrictions and c-bars being mad at SM caused the sales dip.

I think SM knew sales would be low, that’s why they added versions.

Changing the distributor shouldn't cut half of their sales, all of hybe changed from dreamus to yg plus seamlessly

half of their album sale before were from cbars. currently, all aespa members cbars are boycotting this comeback. i genuinely don't know why there is still discussion on this.

They at 690k already and like others said, still to come are international pre-orders, CDP restock and CBar boycotts probably cost them over 500k units in sales.

They'll be fine. This comeback is already a success as they are doing numbers everywhere else.
