I think it's because JYPE's main focus is performance based groups.

It makes sense that performance based groups would do the best on a platform meant to showcase performances. Like, JYPE in general just makes very eye catching choreography and their groups are really good at highlighting those things.

Hence why God's Menu and Wannabe are the top 2.
