Can someone stop companies from debuting infants? She was just 5 !!!!

Just looked around some Japanese company-websites to see who's releasing new music in the next few weeks and read on the website of the Japanese label Nippon Columbia that they debuted a girl called Nono-chan in 2023 on the day she had turned 5 years old. She did 1 EP since then and is now releasing a full lenght album (12+ songs) ... what the hell ?!?!
