Is that sometimes there is a user who only certain people consider to be a troll, and others don't. Another interesting point is that this is often split exactly on fandom lines and is usually from a fandom the accuser has heavy beef with.
However, it's not that they throw these accusations around, but that the whole fandom all seem to agree that this certain user is a troll, and the fandom's of the user all treat them as legitimate.
