Tho indeed you need to pay all 24, their photocard sales are going straight in to their pockets.

Yep!

Tho for each album release, they still had a corresponding photocard. But then, they also had a regular series/periodical photocard sales. Right now, it had been the 4th series

are they like one of the first companies to sell individual PS?

Another pro of having so many members is that they all get to be on a concert for free (or maybe with a group discount I don't know).

Since I remember that IVE had a photocard vending machine (for an limited time event)

But yeah, most of the time, kpop groups sell a photocard along with a product, whether it is an album or their sponsored goods.

So I also wonder if there are any other group that just sell the photocard as their own thing
