- 8 hours work per day with 1 hour break
- payed for working over time or get more freee time for having worked longer on some day
- around 3 weeks of payed vaccations per year (if we go by Europe)
- a normal wage they get payed and not the other way around (since idols allways pay their company and some underground idols end up in a dept system cause of this that they don't know how to escape from while other jobs get payed normaly, which dosn't sound fair to me)
- concerts and fan events or TV apearances if they are outside of working hours would be payed extra
- if going by Europe than they can be sick as long they need to recover without being shamed for
