Ensuring business sustainability and stopping corruption (strengthening governance) is exactly part of ESG LOL

People should not equate ESG = planting tree. This is such a shallow view. Corruption, no succession planning, forced labor, child labor, sustainable use of resource (material used for albums), these are all ESG issues that are material lol.

If SM failed at any of the above, responsible investors (they have mandate and commitments) will divest.

They need to fix their Contracts and give NCT, Riize and aespa Divisions that exclusively manage them like JYPE does with their Groups.

The Divisions should be isolated from the rest of the Company so aespa doesn't have to appear with the geriatric groups to make those groups relevant and can finally spend that time releasing Music and Content for themselves.
