Does underwhelming comeback kill your mood to listen older songs by the group?

I feel sometimes once the comeback is underwhelming, I lost my motivation to listen older songs by the same group. Meanwhile if the comeback is good I feel like I want to listen older song by the group that just released a good song. I think it is the same for B sides. If tittle track is good, I want to listen rest of the songs by album, but If tittle track is bad, it somehow kill my mood listening to b sides. Tittle track need need to give that "I want to listen more" vibe
