Question regarding LS Sakura brand deals

    Fearnote are angry at Source because they believe the company is sabotaging Sakura's career by declining the Louis Vuitton offer. Since I'm not a Fearnote, I'm kind of neutral in this issue, but I have a question: Do she get brand and CF deals in Japan though? Because I saw these:

    Yes I think she has an agency in Japan managing deals for her as an individual tarento (talent).


    The LV event is tricky. On the one hand anger might be justified. OTOH, even if the date was scheduled for a relatively mundane LSF taping, you have to factor in travel time so it's not just that date and LSF's schedule is crazy packed. So withholding judgement as well.

    I'm not sure about her CF deal situation before LSRFM and now.


    She was hugely popular right before Izone. But i've heard plenty of scuttlebutt that she lost a lot of her Japanese otaku support after doing Izone and now LSRFM, i've heard that Japanese uncle fans end up dropping their J Idols who leave Japan for other countries. If true, i feel like folks overestimate her popularity in Japan (but are actually underestimating how much of a chokehold she has on China, she's a darkhorse when it comes to Chinese popularity, no one mentions her among the greats like Karina and the BP girls, but i wouldnt be surprised if she eventually challenges them there).


    OTOH, with LSRFM's rising popularity, she might be gaining a lot more female Japanese fans to compensate for the alleged loss of otakus. This could still make her attractive for advertisers and fashion houses.

    Every gig she's gotten in Japan is due to AM. Hybe didn't lift a finger for it. And who says she's no more popular in Japan? Lesserafim is swimming in privileges due to Sakura's popularity in Japan but irony is she's the least pushed even in Japanese gigs.

    Please LSRF is huge in Japan thanks to Sakura.
