I found this (admittedly very old) AKP news article, which states:
A list of the producers who made the most money through royalties back in 2012 was revealed on October 30.
Topping the list for the second year in a row was J.Y. Park, who made an estimated 1.2 billion won (~ $1.1 million USD) profit off royalties.
Also in second place for the second year in a row was composer Jo Young Soo, who had composed the majority of SG Wannabe's hit songs and had previously been in first place four years in a row from 2007 to 2010.
YG Entertainment's exclusive composer Teddy made about 900 million won (~ $850,000 USD) while SM Entertainment's Yoo Young Jin made approximately 840 million won (~ $790,000 USD).
In fifth place was G-Dragon with almost 800 million won (~ $750,000 USD) in royalty income.
According to Park Sung Min of the Korean Music Copyright Association's public relations team, "Even if it is an old song, it could steadily accumulate profit whether through overseas promotions or karaokes . . . Usually in copyright revenue, 80% is from old songs and 20% is from new ones. J.Y. Park makes a lot of profit because he accumulated a lot of hit songs from G.O.D to 2PM and is very active in productions."

It is already hard to say how much they earn. Another thing is wealth is very hard to estimate only by income. We have to take account what kind of lifestyle they have. Do they spend most of their money or do they invest most of money? Rich people often have multiple source of income. Usually the best way to build wealth is building your own company and sell it later for profit. Teddy have his own company Theblacklabel? If he is the main shareholder of the company, he may become extremely rich if it does well.
Teddy is on his way to becoming filthy rich lol

approximately, 1 million copies could generate up to 250 million won (188k usd at that time).
On Kim Yeong Chul's radio show on Power FM he had on Producer Crazy Music as a guest.
The duo had a discussion over (G)I-DLE with the breaking news of the group selling 1 million copies of their latest album. During this conversation, Crazy Music revealed that composers are especially happy with the increasing number of Million sellers in kpop as working on a single song from one of those albums can net them royalties of approximately 250 Million Won ($188k)Tho there are some articles saying that she had a networth of 3 million usd (which most of it are coming from royalties), I can't find an exact source nor the calculation, so just take it as a prediction.
There is also this diagrams from KOMCA, listing on the collection type and the distribution schedule.
So I guess this will help you to gain more perspective of BTS's royalties based on the song's performance
