    Pure incompetence. Not malicious just stupidity. The company mismanaging this guy by forgetting his passport and screwing up timing etc where hes being cut from content is just pure dumbassery levels of incompetence. Like I said a exo level lawsuit in his future if this company can't get its shit together. Similar happened with exo M the company was purely stupid with how to properly manage them.     If it was not for Hao phone being in his name he wouldn't be able to take the flight too. The situation was a mess, but the company wouldn't spend more in tickets so they all would go together, and Ricky was able to go some hours later.
