Yeah, the roof doesn't retract either, so what you see is what you get. They still have options, but those fireworks they used in Japan are just too tall. If this concert were being filmed, they could still do large fireworks outside the stadium, but that wouldn't do much for the live audience.

What is the point of Americans naming it stadium if it doesnt have retractable or at least no roof at all? Because it is used for football game?
