I hope It isn't true, not because of Chen, but because It would mean It's one less person being a victim of this type of violence.

But If It is true, wouldn't surprise me. Chen has always been described as a kind person, plus he's a father. I'm pretty sure he would hate to see his children going through a similar situation and could've been empathetic.
