This list is factually incorrect and I assume the only reason it's being posted is because the group the thread starter likes is in #2.
I do not know why Chatgpt does not have data from 2020-2023.
If that data was provided, 2 groups would not be in the list and 2 groups would be pushed down further in the rankings.

Because the models used for chatgpt is the gpt3.5 which are actually a half-done gpt4. It only contains data up until September 2021.
Their company decided to release that halfbaked models because they want to steal the start before Google or Microsoft announced theirs.
Their newly done gpt4 could overcome that knowledge limitation by having a plugin to pulling recent informations from the internet, hence it will satisfy your statement. (But it's not free, hence the article use the free one, which is the 3.5 model)

I don’t think anything spectacular happened in 2020-2023 that would ‘remove’ any group on this list. Also post from main don’t be a coward.
