  • So it looks like there is this cute trends happening within elementary kids in SK.

    They draw a photocard and made a custom photocard based on it, which the they trade or sell amongst them

    Kakao-cards are drawn cards that people can buy for their collections who can be anything from pencil, oil paint, marker, watercolor or digital art that gets printed out. The cards can depending on the artist and how much time was spend to do them even be sold for quit a lot of money


    Not sure where they originated from but they are mostly very popular among anime fans, but they can be about whatever you like, no mather if yo draw flowers, animals, character from a show or something else

    Yeah thats also not too uncommon. I once bought a manga many years ago and the company who printed the German translated one mentioned on their website that the first 1K people getting the first print of it could be lucky to find a kakao-card by the woman who drew the manga and it was also two sided, one side was a drawing and the other side was info on her age, where she comes from, when she started to be a mangaka and her signature. In this case the card was a plastic card that was mass-produced with almost no value but if the card would've been drawn from her by hand than it could've been expensive in resselling, especially if she would've been a known artist
