To make "Yet to Come' possible Suga will have to begin alternate service by no later than Nov 1, 2023

  • Min Yoongi's solo concerts will at least continue till July he has some undisclosed Japanese schedules.

That means he won't stat the alternative service till August at the earliest.

K-O-R-E-A-N military services usually run for 18 months but since Yoongi has taken alternative service (he had surgeries in his left shoulder) it will take 26 months, or 2 yrs and 2 months to complete.

An alternative service means the person performing it will live in his own house and commute to his services. (There are exceptions but not relevant for this purposes.) A person doing that canNOT engage in activities which will generate income, a lesson Psy learned in a painful way long time ago. If that is done the person has to serve full time in an actual unit.

Which means no group practice is possible until the alternative service is done. There will be no shortage of eyes watching Yoongi's house to see any BTS members going in or out.

So, realistically, even if someone writes songs and all that they need one month to plan so even if Yoongi starts his alternative service in Aug 2023, he won't be out till Oct 2025 which means no concert till until Nov 2025 at the very earliest.

If his alternate service starts after Sep 2023, realistically speaking there will be no 'yet to come' in 2025. It might be Dec 31, 2015. I will spare my words upon what will happen to KPop by then.

  • damn thanks for my daily update : )

  • There is no confirmation that he is doing civilian service, he could be doing the regular 18 months service.

  • That is what is announced and there appears to be no reason to doubt that fact

There is no announcement of any sort regarding his enlistment.

  • There is no confirmation that he is doing alternative service. Just because he had surgery does not mean he can’t be an active duty soldier. My son had the same surgery, has 8 anchors in his labrum, and has no limitations. He still participates in sports, aggressive weight training, and other things.
