Yujin and Huh Yunjin give off the same vibe. Yujin would pointless in Le Sserafim. Sakura was definitely the most shining member in their debut song Fearless. Sakura will carry mature and sexier concepts. Kpop groups usually consist of members with different vibes. Fans certainly don't understand these things as much as companies do. Sserafim will not always make the same style concepts, probably Sakura will shine in mature and feminine concepts.

Yujin is just too versatile, she rocks many concepts.
She could be fierce, playful, elegant.
And besides all the things that people had mentioned, Yujin is just not for the vocal or concepts. She is also needed for the leader position. Besides their dance teacher, usually it's Yujin who monitors the team's dance practice. In her izone days, she was known to be the "maknae on top", not just because she loved to tease her unnies but she sometimes leads them to... (and on some enozi contents, she is dubbed to be the maknae line's leader). Maybe this were the reason why her company entrusted this position to her.
now, if they are switched, idk if Sakura could fill that.
Maybe Wonyoung would be the leader instead?
