I just feel like a total mess today

I was happy to get off of work 3 hours earlier than usual but than back home I got instantly extrem pain in the middle of my belly as if like something was crushing my limbs and guts. Than I puked like crazy and now my entire bathroom sink is clogged -.- I hate my life
