They won't be able to do anything, in any country. Japan is strict on that. They will be dragged to Japan, and Universal Japan will do whatever it feels to Loona. So Loona is now a Japanese act.

Not necessarily. Any money UJ will pay will be to to BBC since it is between UJ and BBC, and the girls will probably see not a single yen.

Basically Universal Japan will take over every right Loona has on everyone on earth. Why, who knows, but most likely Loona will be summoned to Japan and do nothing.
