Usually there are some seats still reserved for general sale though I'm sure the concert will sell out. SM should've just booked them a bigger venue but they are always conservative with their girl groups.
Yeah from what i learn 98% of the seat were open to pre-sale
So i guess it means maybe 2k tickets are reserved for general sales

But i guess considering the very high price of the tickets they didn't want to book a bigger venue for the first concert and be afraid that they can't fill it because not everybody could afford the tickets

Yeah I dislike how they don't give bigger venues to their girl groups. Fast forward to years later people will think these groups can't sell out bigger venues 
That being said I hope smaller venue is only because this is their first real solo concert.
