Has someone got off Risperdal and Tegretol?

I have no experience with either, but having looked up what those meds are, the only safe option I see is to consult your primary care doctor for advice.

Everyone reacts differently to medication and none of us know your medical history, so giving proper advice would be tough, even for people who were prescribed the same medication at some point.
