Why do you think famous/successful acts aren't going to the year-end awards?

I'm seeing some discussion regarding who are going to year-end awards and who aren't and my conclusion is:

- Companies while give cbs to their old acts they'll always choose the new ones to promote them more even if the new ones don't necessarily have the better results.

- some "old" groups just don't care anymore about these shows so they rather do others things instead of fake smiling for 8 hours straight.

- PRIDE... Some successful groups won't go there if they won't win big awards and this year the awards are literally going to either IVE (literally a rookie gg) or Idle (literally a non big4 group) so yes, companies not sending their best results acts can be bc of this.

- beef, some companies literally are kinda fighting each other etc so this one we can't even say much, their problem.

- and i firmly believe year-end awards are being used as promo to new acts tbh. "Oh they won't win awards", so what? They are still going there, performing their songs and being talked even if just a little. Everything groups do are promotions so welcome to the new gen I guess kkkkkk this isn't new, but some people really act like they don't know this...
