Why haven't Red Velvet released a full album in so long?

They probably get more out of the Revefest thing they've got going on but it's just not as cohesive as a proper full album. I miss Perfect Red Velvet is a masterpiece

I thought their upcoming album is a full one?

I actually have no idea. I hope that they can release one some time soon. Full albums are always a treat.
