Sadly this is the world we are living in. I honestly try to grow up as human and nowadays I don't even anymore get angry when something small happens like for example when my fav team loses soccer game. I'm upset or sometimes sad but there are so many bigger tragedies around us that just a sports game don't even compare to it.
I'm watching news from Ukraine day by day and I'm concerned about how things will end there.
I understand, and I think nowadays we are over saturated of information. We know everything that happens in the world in real time, and we move on quickly from things once fresher news drop. And I think that's not good to our mental health.
I am trying lately to spend less time in media, I haven't used Facebook in years (the most useless one IMO), and I look Twitter less everyday. I don't have Tik Tok, and only use Instagram for BTS accounts. Also, at least one day a week I turn off notifications and go out to spend the day in the nature, or in a park, relaxing, etc.
