The Omega X case won't be the last from the horror shows we have witnessed in Kpop for years. God knows how many horrible things are happening under the radar that we don't know about. That's why there should be a worker union for artists that can help those being mistreated. I given up on the korean goverment to handle this everlasting problem. They obviously don't care and probably some of them have ties with the entertainment industries.
Companies needs to be under scrutiny

you know how in sports there are antidoping commisions which test athletes
or set some set of rules
here it should be the same!
Even in terms of checking the dorm, making sure that there is proper number of bathrooms and living space etc.
also looking at companies financial status, not allowing poor companies to make groups with big number of members
