When a random word is trending in Germany on Twitter and everyone colectivly decides to shit on the TV show "masked singer" just for the existence of the trending word lol (the trending word was "black mamba")

The show runs on TV for maybe 3 years now and has 5 or 6 seasons allready ... The show is apparently a copy of the US-version but the US-version is a copy of the Korean show xD ... oh and the winner of the I think last season here in Germany won by singing BTS-songs xD

People are mostly pissed at the selection of celebrity I guess

From what I said before, winner of a random season in 2021, I think the 4th season (IDK), the guy in the dino-costumer was a German singer called Sasha, he was mainly famous around 20 years ago and one of his biggest hits was about soccer and another hit he had was asking people if they belive in love.

The show basicly goes that there is a person in a costume, the judges give 3 random celebs they guess it could be. The people in front of the TV can vote on any of the 3 celebs that the judges named on the I think website of the TV-channel. IDK how they decide who wins, but maybe the goal is that the one wins where nobody could find out who was in the costume till the last episode of the season maybe (?)

And from the hashtag yesterday, this is the "Black Mamba" who allready got revealed

I just watched 2-3 videos and the suggestions people make on YT are quit strange. Musicians who were famouse 40 years ago, known for German songs about random topics (like opening a canned drink or eating a bread with cheese) and than people say they know who the old guy is when he sings Harry Styles-songs xD I don't even recognize the people when they sing in English and are 40 years older than they last hit-song lol and it also is weird to hear 70+ old men sing Harry Styles xD
